Milk-based Gelato 1000ml
You wonder what the difference between Gelato and ice cream is? First of all, ice cream has more air incorporated and thus is fluffier than Gelato which tends to be denser. The fat content is another difference. Usually more cream and egg yolk is used for the production of ice cream resulting in a higher fat content compared to Gelato. Our Gelato is made from fresh local milk, cream, sometimes egg yolk, a mixture of sucrose and dextrose, inulin and stabilizers like guar gum or xanthan.
